Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zed Bake, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refund options—subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or used.
